Servicing Your Current Extinguishers
Our Licensed Technicians follow The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), which is responsible for setting the standards for fire extinguisher inspections. We follow this guideline with exemplary diligence to keep you and your business safe and protected.
The state law states that your fire extinguishers are inspected annually and maintained every six years. This inspection is done to ensure the pressure and quality of the extinguishers are in good working order, the cylinder is not compromised, and all the internal parts are serviced. Our technicians carry out this process by;
- Visually inspect the cylinder and check the pressure gauge
- Make sure the extinguisher is within the needed hydrostatic and internal maintenance intervals
- After this process, a new certification tag will be attached as well as a tamper-proof seal around the pin to ensure the extinguisher maintains that proper state.
- A six-year maintenance inspection is a more detailed inspection that entails:
- Emptying the contents of the fire extinguisher
- Examination of the outlet hose, mechanics, and delivery system by a licensed expert
- Refilling and re-pressurizing the extinguisher
- A silver self-destructing six-year maintenance inspections tag is then placed on the back of the cylinder stating the date and type of inspection that was performed.
Automatic fire suppression systems are intended to control and extinguish fires without human intervention. A well-designed and working kitchen fire suppression system can keep a small fire from becoming a big fire, often saving lives and property.
Fire suppression systems can be used in restaurants, bars, food trucks or trailers, and even paint booths. The city of Parrish requires businesses to follow NFPA Standards, and our technicians will go out to your location semiannually to keep your system up to date with inspections and maintenance. We strive to provide the highest quality of work, paying attention to every detail to ensure your system will always function should the need arise.
We work around your schedule to not interfere or interrupt your business hours. Making it as convenient as possible, we can even accommodate weekend or evening hours. All Florida Fire does it all from drawing plans, submitting permits to the City of Parrish, and installing your new fire suppression system!
Already have an existing system? We got you covered! Our trained technicians work on all the top brands, such as Pyro-Chem, Ansul, Amerex, Buckeye, Range Guard, Protex, and more. Always keeping our products in stock to save you time and money.
With Parrish being so close to the water, it only makes sense to have your boat docked at one of the beautifully maintained marinas. Our technicians are able to go to your marina, get assistance from the dockmaster and service your onboard fire system right there. No hooking up the trailer and towing your boat through traffic to get your maintenance done.
Did you know a fire can occur even when you’re out on the water? Marine Fire Systems allow you to enjoy your time on the water while providing safety with an automatic and manual operating system. Using reliable brands such as Sea-Fire or Fireboy and determining the best fuel source, either liquid, gas, or other combustible liquids, for your boat, we can select and install the best system for you. Whether you are cruising around the Gulf of Mexico with family and friends or running a charter where you have employees and customers, having a properly installed and maintained fire system is essential.
Saving you stress and hassle, we service your existing system right on your vessel as well as inspect your hand-held extinguishers.
